Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your curls, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of products in new or gently used condition within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original box, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
